UDS Quick Facts

Information and Access:

1. How long of a water service do you have?
2. We will need access into the house/condo/business, no matter if the leak is known to be outside.
3. What part of town do you live in?  We serve all of Western Washington, this helps to determine the best time to schedule an appointment.
4. All water leaks are different and may take time, however the majority of the leaks are found in a 2-hour time limit.
5. Please understand that all phones call are answered in the field.  Calls will be returned in a timely manner.
